I guess that one could say that this is a near-perfect shot of this powerplant. It's a good shot of this industrial landscape  - one thing that I like about it would definitely be the rail passing across in front.  One thing that I would have loved to see would be a wider shot, showing the possible isolation of the plant and putting more of a secondary focus on the rail. Other than that, I think that you've got a very strong piece of art here!

If you wish, you could even add some post-processing effect and/or glitch the image to yield an conceptualised piece which morphs into a comment on industrial decay. I wouldn't hate to use it myself, either!
